What could a cover artwork look like, if it was a direct visual translation of the music? I've wrote an algorythm in Processing that paints an album cover based on a songs sound frequencies, while the music is playing.

Studentisches Forum Psychoanalyse Zürich

 is a student association at the University of Zurich dedicated to contemporary psychoanalysis, offering semesterly educational programs. The website was designed by

, a fine dining restaurant in Munich. Malva is inviting guests to enjoy apero and dinner in a relaxed, communicative space, with a seasonal menu featuring local ingredients.

The identity is puristic, yet dynamic text elements break out of the grid to translate the restaurants lively atmosphere. Throughout the year the website automatically changes it’s color palette aligned with the seasons.

 is a research project by TU Munich which highlights the significant yet underrecognized contributions of 16 women architects who shaped Munich’s architecture from the 1930s to the 1990s. Together with

One tool allows users to assemble typographic vector shapes in a raster system, while the other uses pixel-based images as a paintbrush. These tools were first utilized during a type seminar Burrow held at UdK Berlin in 2023.

I designed and developed this portfolio website for 

, a Berlin- and New York-based stylist and styling assistant. It was a pleasure to collaborate with her on this playful concept to showcase her work and bring all these features to life. The desktop-inspired design not only provides visitors with an overview of Sophie's extensive portfolio but also offers a glimpse into her personality.

WEDONTKNOW is an online radio initiated by students at UDK Berlin. The radio's objective is to offer a platform for the university community, enabling them to showcase their diverse projects, interests, and thoughts, while fostering connections between different university faculties despite their widespread geographical locations.

I joined the initiative to create an identity as well as to design and develop the webplatform, and turned this process into my master project.

The website features a (live) streaming and chat function, an animated shader background, and an interactive logo. Wordpress and AirtimePro provide the Content Management.

As a kick-off for the radio production, we held a workshop during the UDK Kollissionen. Later, students from various faculties could join the radio production by enrolling in a radio seminar each semester.

For the launch of the F37Sonic typeface by 

 (Berlin) conceptualised and developed a playful mini-site to showcase the innovative font. I had the pleasure to support them in the design and prototyping process. Check out the website and have fun interacting with text, playing with letters, getting lost in the soundscapes or tap around on the drum sampler.

F37 Sonic is an atypical take on the geometric sans serif. Unique to F37 Sonic is its circular geometry derived from the interior counters of the letterforms, rather than the more common exterior.

The internet has become increasingly manipulative due to data-analysis and commercial interests of its service providers with severe consequences for individuals and the society. My master thesis „Designing Tools not Tunnels“ deals with manipulative patterns in digital space and how digital media can be designed to enable autonomous use.

 I created a branding concept and web design for the music and art festival, Blechsonne. The design serves as a visual representation of a day at the festival, translating a cycle of events and emotions into abstract symbols and color schemes.

Unfortunately the festival couldn't take place in 2023, and the website remained a landing page. We are very much looking forward to Blechsonne 2024 and the opportunity to further evolve its identity.
